Our featured workshop is our quarterly Fasting and Purification Workshop. Each season we conduct this workshop at the NPHWC.

We invite you to come out and practice fasting and cleansing rituals in a supportive group setting. The day includes lectures on fasting and detoxification, colon hydrotherapy (colonics), and detox diets; meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, detoxifying facials and foot baths; and a free Colon Hydrotherapy Session (Colonic). Weather permitting (spring equinox and summer soltice),we also provide a special cleansing and detoxification bath. This event is ideal for anyone who is challenged with chronic illnesses/infections, muscle or joint pain, obesity/overweight, menstrual discomfort, chronic skin problems, fatigue or low energy, or tumors/cysts. The price includes all juices, materials, and services.
