The ‘Live It, Not Diet’ Initiative
A Weight Loss and Weight Maintenance Program
The ‘Live It, Not Diet’ Initiative is a weight loss and weight management program which provides cleansing, detoxification, nutritional, and physical fitness support in order to loss overall body weight and fat. Since there is no ‘quick fix’ and the best results occur over a consistent period of time, the program requires a one year commitment. Even though you may reach your desired weight in a few months, continued work will be necessary to maintain the weight loss.
The Initiative includes:
• Series of three (3) Colon Hydrotherapy Sessions (at beginning of program)
• One (1) Colon Hydrotherapy Session each Month
• Dietary Support Information Packet (includes recipes, sample menus, detox diets, fasting & purification information, 3, 7, and 21 day fasting plans, detox bath recipes and more)
• Monthly support meetings (to provide motivation, support, and to address any challenges during program—SESSIONS INCLUDE A GUIDED MEDITATION EXERCISE FOR WEIGHTLOSS AND STRESS REDUCTION)
• Trial Membership to Lynne Brick’s Gym or another local gym
• Weekly Personal Training or Dance Fitness Class
• Weight loss/Detox Supplements for first 6 months of program
• Quarterly Nutritional Consultations with Dr. Akua (These sessions will allow Dr. Akua to assess/re-assess which supplementation is best for your body type and provide some additional advice on a dietary and fitness regimen).
• Discounts on all Detox Products and Services (Detoxifying Bath Salts, Cleansing Herbal Clay, Magnetic Clay Detox Baths, Ionic Detox Foot Baths, etc.)
